The Seoul Light Hangang Bitseom Festival is a major nighttime media-art festival held along the Han River. For 2026, the festival moves to Nodeul Island for its fourth edition. Previous editions were held at Seoraeseom, Yeouido, and Ttukseom Hangang Park. One of the main works, “Multimmersion,” by Taiwanese artist Aka Chang, uses lasers reflected on the surface of the Han River. The image changes with the movement of the water and wind, so the scene keeps transforming. ππ΄β¨ Another immersive work, “PAMUN,” combines laser, light, sound and haze, allowing visitors to actually walk through the artwork.
